Your concerns are valid, my recommendation is to contact the company and let them know your experience was less than satisfactory, give them the full outline of what your concerns are and how your queries were handled. If you do not know who the rep was, you said you didn't get a card. all would have had name tags on, however, if you can't give corporate a "name", give them a description of the individual, the approx time you were in the booth etc. I assume you had more than a few moments with the individual by the account you gave here. Then let us know what kind of response you get from them, this is important. Good luck.
