BTRU needs some funds... these entities putting up the cash now would not be doing this if BTRU was not going to get the 100 Million funding... IMO. Loans and PP are in this mix. So this should have been done some time back, bad timing or good timing if you think the 100 Million funding is coming in I suposse.
