I would think that Wall that just appeared out of nowhere is trying to bump this down to 12 as they are probably on the bid there as well.

Just my opinion but its a fair one considering that wall wasnt there until 30 minutes ago. Would love love love someone to take that out. Cant stand big traders that get greedy. Its a good sign though as im sure they know this is going up in a hurry.
