Is anyone really surprised?

Is anyone really surprised?Is anyone really surprised that the rollback was going to change anything? I guess the selling is due to people taking Tax losses. What else could it be?

Need some positive news so we get some new blood. Im more concerned about getting buyers because there are always sellers.
