RE:PWR purchase

Something here does not justify the last power point presentation.

"Sustainable Housing - California - 1,114 building units u A deeply discounted purchase in a safe reliable business – Total Sales of USD $300 Million with a 25-30% Margin .

If half was sold for the amount of $2,250,000, how does the company intend to justify the amount mentioned on power point presentation.

If I am mistaken than great. If I am not, then something here is not right.
