RE:Just Woke Up

RE:Just Woke UpConsulting Agreement signed

October 15, 2018

Earthworks Industries Inc. (“Company”) is pleased to report that the Kletsel Dehe Band of Wintun Indians (“Tribe”) has selected Dwyer Engineering, LLC (“Dwyer”) of Albuquerque, New Mexico to work with the Tribe’s Environmental Protection Agency to review and evaluate the Site Specific Flexibility Requests (SSFRs) that the Company submitted for its proposed development at Cortina.

The purpose of Dwyer’s consultant review is to confirm that the SSFRs comply with tribal law and provide adequate response to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) comments. Submission of the updated SSFRs is part of the process and procedures previously outlined by the EPA to complete the federal requirements for the Cortina project.

Dr. Stephen Dwyer, PhD, PE, the principal of Dwyer, who will perform all the work, has performed prior reviews on the Cortina Rancheria under contract with the EPA.

Mr. David Atkinson commented, “We are very encouraged that the Tribe has made a selection and to be moving forward. We look forward to working with both Dr. Dwyer and the Tribe on completing this stage and proceeding with the development at Cortina”.

All our sorrows.  Abouit to change I think.
