Thats not exactly what they said. It was more to the tune that they want a teir 1 bank to finance the facility, but as we have kind of learned, it seems the banks can’t or won’t invest in the cross border situation that snn is in. That is most likely why the financing and spinout is taking longer than expected, and the whole reason they did the PP. The PP gives them the funds to continue both sides on the timeline projected, without having to take a bad deal for the financing (breathing room while still chugging along).
