May 2018 - Ten time EGRIFTA sales CAN include Europe (even Canada), which can be close to equal to US sales.
Oct 2018 - 5X EGRIFTA is specifically just US peak sales, which is close to half the eventual US/europe/Canada sales.

Given these are all fairly general I dont really see why you're being so hard on Luc.
