RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Pumpy...Can you please tell us where you see bullsh*t ?Cheech's Private Stash - Hope it works for them but I think using his name will be an issue as it was for UP using Tragically Hips name.

One would assume that the priority would be to market 'Heritage' vs a product line and if your hands are tied to one logo the beneft of having a sepparate 'Private Stash' logo would fall by the wayside.

I'm not a marketing expert nor do I profess to be but if I owned Heritage I would want my name in the forefront on everything in order to build a 'brand'.

You present them as if they are all done deals and THEY ARE NOT..

Purefarma is a done deal and the only license they have is an industrial hemp oil production license and NOT a cabinanoid license.

- Cannacure is NOT a done deal threfore anything associated with that deal is a forgone conclusion so quit alluding to the fact that it is and celebrate it if and when when it's a fact.

The Cheech deal will be a moot point and fall by the wayside as the Can Gov't has ruled against any affiliations with 'stars' and you know it so don't keep barfing it up.

'The new cannabis law will ban mass advertising, sponsorship, contests, endorsements and promotions that associate cannabis with attractive lifestyles. But that doesn’t go into effect until next week, when Canada legalizes recreational marijuana.'

- The Canopy growth deal isn't the end all be all as they have many deals with many growers.

- Retail applications mean squat until they are awarded so top making out like it's a big deal as there are companies out there that have over 100 applications out spread across Canada.

You open you mouth and you purposefully misinterpret the facts to mislead people into believing it's the truth and that is definitely a given fact.

Is it PhyeinMed ?
Is it PureFarma ?
Is it CannaCure ?

Is the PhyeinMed license fake from HC ?
Is the CannaCure license fake from HC ?
Is the CannaCure oil production license fake from HC ?
Is the PureFarma 2M$ revenues and 500K$ in EBITDA a fraud ?
Are the PhyeinMed greenhouses photoshopped ?
Is the 3.4M sqft greenhouse run by the Mastronardi family in Kingsville a ghost ?
Is it perhaps the fact that Donald Ziraldo sits on the CannaCure board a lie ?
Is the 3 year supply deal with Canopy Growth a lie ?
Is the brand deal with Cheech's PrivateStash a lie ?
Or perhaps the 3 dispensaries applications in Alberta cancelled ?

Can you please tell us where do you see bullshit ?

Thanks

As per your quote..

"The new cannabis law will ban mass advertising, sponsorship, contests, endorsements and promotions that associate cannabis with attractive lifestyles."

How would having the name, Cheech's Private Stash on a plainly packaged item be affected by that law? and that it is available exclusively at XYZ.  How is that promoting cannabis as an attractive lifestyle. I'd like to hear something without having to reach for the stars.

It wouldn't appeal to anyone needing crayon drawings or short desks... and that's the magic of plain packaging.

You are still allowed to brand and name your package.
