Thanks, ProtectTheQuan. I have just converted what you wrote to audio, as I don't like reading any print off the screen, especially tiny sized letters. I will listen and pass this around to several people first, and then get back to the board. I don't have enough knowledge of mining in general, never mind of gold mining, to make comments on my own.

Your answers on first impression appear to be written quite clearly, which will make it easier to review what you have said.
