RE:Extremely disappointing Agreed. Also the deal has changed a lot from what was provided in the marketing materials when I subscribed. I was in pp #2. 
Not sure where the no BC came from or why? 
Mall shares are free trading whenever this trades assuming it does. 
They will need to do it on the back of a promo or news or everyone is going to dump at once.
