Some big names have increased holdings lately

Some big names have increased holdings latelySaw today that Mawer Investments ( great money manager!) has increased its stake in PHO by 40% and now has over 4 million shares.  A few other fund companies have added as well.  That bodes well for the future and the confidence these guys have.  Also, I see that the company has bought back quite a few shares recently.  Nothing has changed, great company, no debt, lots of cash, new products, increasing sales... Just seems like bad timing with some sector weakness then overall market pullback didn't help.  Good to see the bounce, hope it continues.  Added a little more in the low 1.60s, if I had bigger balls would have added more below then too.
