I'm under the assumption that a 'binding' letter of intent is as close to a definitive agreement as one can get provided that the provisions in the LOI are carried out which will lead to a definitive agreement.

Purefarma is a done deal and the only license they have is an industrial hemp oil production license and NOT a cabinanoid license.

- Cannacure is NOT a done deal threfore anything associated with that deal is a forgone conclusion so quit alluding to the fact that it is and celebrate it if and when when it's a fact.

The Cheech deal will be a moot point and fall by the wayside as the Can Gov't has ruled against any affiliations with 'stars' and you know it so don't keep barfing it up.

- The Canopy growth deal isn't the end all be all as they have many deals with many growers. 

- Retail applications mean squat until they are awarded so top making out like it's a big deal as there are companies out there that have over 100 applications out spread across Canada.
