Its subsidiaries include Proyectos Mineros del Sur, PROMINSUR, C.A., Promotora Minera de Guayana, P.M.G., S.A., Corporacion Aurifera de El Callo, C.A., Corporacion Minera Choco 9 C.A., and Corporacion 80.000 C.A.

Yes there is of course a chance they will screw us so don't invest more than you are willing to lose. If the settlement for some reason should fail we will go back to chasing VZ assets again. Russians don't give up...
