RE:RE:RE:Update License Once the licenses have been acquired, I would like to see Mr. Robinson, or Ms. Sable, or whoever else was heavily involved with the licensing process give us a detailed explanation about the licensing delays.
Of course, delays are an expected part of doing business, especially when regulators are involved.
I'd like to know things like:
* What originally caused management to think that licensing by "mid-2018"/"August 2018" was feasible?
* Did the regulators require more information, and if so, why wasn't this information provided initially?
* Were there any failed or unsuccessful inspections? If so, what were the reasons?
* Were unanticipated changes to operating procedures, the facilities, the equipment, the plants, ..., required?
* Did the use of the orbital gardens complicate the licensing process at all?
* Did management underestimate the time required by the regulators?
In my opinion, management sharing a thorough retrospective analysis of the licensing delays may help regain some of the trust that I think has been lost recently.
