Then your friend is a complete moron. Yes they can sell it cheaper, but the quality isn't better, or even as good, as the products that will be on store shelves. Not only that but not everyone is pumped to go buy a dime bag in a back alley from some dude they met through another dude. Been there, done that, it ain't a cool situation.



The quality being produced by these million/billion dollar companies will easily beat out black market quality. Black market weed is cheap and easy to come by because it's grown quick and cheap. And oversupply issues in the states were mostly due to lawmakers not putting a cap on licenses. Canada has that and is heavily regulating the market. Yes black market weed will still sell but they will be the ones losing market share, not private producers.
