RE:Production licenseThey haven't gotten either yet. As soon as they complete the facility, they can submit video evidence to health canada and get issued a cultivation license. With the cultivation license, they can grow 2 batches and submit them to health canada for testing. If they come back contaminate free, then they will be issued a sales license.
It's anybody's guess as to when the facility will be done. But with the recent media exposure and injection of $5.25M it sounds like it will be very soon. The benefit of being an early applicant places mgw higher in the queue.
As for Nevada they have the license but I don't believe they have the capital. But that could change quickly as they finish up Telkwa.
Also midterms are coming up and Riverside will be voting on legalization (Nov 5?). If it passes then that's another upside.
