RE:RE:RE:volume weighted average price (VWAP)To me CAD or SEK is equal - the only way I see it being unequal is if there was a wild fluctuation in the currency exchange rate. As for the VWAP - IPC is not paying a premium to BLKPF IMO, but IPC is more diversified with natural gas exposure and the ability to develop so the exchange is good for BLKPF shareholders. The disingenuous talk of a premium, $1.85 CAD, and VWAP is all garbage used to sell the deal but means nothing - again IMO. 

I'd say if IPC's stock falls like it did yesterday and is sustained, I'd load the truck up with BLKPF because that .22:1 share exchange ratio just got larger.
