Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

I have no doubt vic is smarter than I am. I mean his salary is much higher and so is his personal wealth. but that doesn't mean he can't do more to increase shareholder wealth. But what I can tell you is no matter how much smarter he is than you or I. you and I did not cost us billions in market cap by printing share of Aprhia to pad our own pockets via the NUUVERA deal as he was a part owner of Nuuvera. That is why the company is still struggling to catch up to its peers. So yes we should be upset at Vic because NUU has yet to even remotely look like it will contribute to the bottom line.

As someone also pointed out there is a 3rd possibility, a deal is done, so he can now freely list since the other investor got the price they wanted...lets hope for that as its the best scenario for the entire sector. I used to be a huge fan of VIC and the company, I have lowered my shares by 67% not because I dont believe in APH but because the big money doesnt want to touch our stock as they don't trust VIC at the moment.
