New contracts, but sp down?

There is obviously someone knew about the new contracts before the news release this
morning. However the contreact worths at lease 30 M in 3 years but the sp still down.
some posters mentioned the back log contract value more than 200 M and the present
capitalization of the whole company is less than 40M. Something is not right. Can Ching explain
it to me SVP.
