RE:RE:RE:volume weighted average price (VWAP)For Lundin Petroleum (IPCO was spun off to its shareholders), Sweden shareholders own 18%, rest of Scandinavia 10% (not sure why they make that distinction but whatever), UK 24%, rest of Europe 11%, USA 26%, rest of world 11%. 

I doubt that Canadians even own 10% of IPCO whereas they own at least 60% of Blackpearl. So any undervaluation of PXX relative to IPCO as far as the share exchange ratio is concerned is at the expense of Canadians, period.
