All new mines say they will start producing in 2 or 3 years, so we will have to deal with a lower V-price then.  Operational cost and CAPEX are thus important.  For this reason TMT is not an option.  

What I consider to be an interesting possibility is Syrah resources.  They have a mine running with some startup problems but with a additional 80mio can they start producing.  So less CAPEX, less risk since they are already mining.  Syrah is trading 'low' currently because of these startup problems, so perhaps an opportunity.
