Not Enough Paper

As I've been saying for a while now. Management does not hold enough options/warrants for them to really be motivated to do their job, and because of this I dont see the share price going up.

I'll consider buying back in around $0.03 and thats only if VHI does 10mil revenue.

Just my 2 sense.
