RE:RE:my Main reason for staying positiveWell I find it hard to believe that lenders thought this would be sold as this was on market for 4 years with no offers and risk 25 mil. Also all the legal tangle made this block unsalable. Also the tax refunds were recent ...don't assume Niko had any interested parties
