RE:Check this out !! Huge !!The greenhouse is huge. 400,000 sq ft, and they say they can grow 140,000 pounds per year.
Anyone help me with these assumptions....
For Growing, I understand they want to have product produced in Q1 and can grow 80,000 plants at one time. My understanding is the growth lifecycle is approximately 90 days?? and if so, Q1 makes good sense.
Would it be fair to say they could have 3 crops a year, or would they be able to do 4. How long in between. If they do 4, then they are projecting about 35,000 pounds per quarter.
At a wholesale rate, what would they get per pound? I have been looking around online and see various numbers. Anyone shed some light $500, $750, $1000...or more
At $1000 for easy math, $1000 X 35,000 is 35 million a quarter....or 140 million a year in Revenue.
At 140 million in revenue, and with approximately 180 million shares at 1.35, 243 million market cap, then we are only at 1.7X first year projected revenue. The seems pretty low to me.
Can others comment, as I know based on projected revenue of other big players, others are trading at many multiples higher.
Thanks
