Why the Delays?

TUCapital LTD said the fund transfer was delayed by GDS Holdings because of one foreign investment did not qualify for the Amendment therefore couldn't be executed. That Amendment needed changing so the fund transfer could be carried out. As soon as Amendment is corrected then the funds would be released. TUCapital will then release funds to Betteru.
