Alternatives to start treating patients with no hopeIf cost and bureaucracy are limiting the ability to treat folks with dire diagnosis....eg GBM....then Theralase may want to consider what Perseus PCI did. They opened up shop in the Caymans. I heard it was inexpensive to do and they are actually conducting studies as they go along I believe. But at least folks are getting treated. I believe they have a < 20% cure rate and treatments are $100K. Could start off leasing a small office and equipment to keep costs down and generate some numbers by actually treating people. If folks get better at a reasonable rate (?>20%?) then things could get exciting IMO. Just a dream I guess.
