OKI So A few key Points from the Canaccord Symposium.
1. CBD by law is not allowed to be on Printed on Bottles for retail sale in the USA
2. Brands cannot make CBD claims on Bottles
3. Baily is going after the bIg Retailers like Sprouts and whole Foods .
4.They are activating based on real market reserch data and marketing toward women and lifestyle fitness.
5.I understood that the design company they have choosen designed many apple products.
6. Acosta right now is actively working with retailers and planning launches.
7. CBD is the focus right now , it sound like the USA hemp bill was a concern
(when the Hemp bill is passed they will most definatly be the leader)
8. Also on taste , they did many indepented test focus groups. Aparently product taste great across the ranges .
9. Oki's CBD mixture can be bottle simply and disolves well in various liquids.
After the Short presentation it was clear that this CEO is a real pro and knows how to navagate a new brand threw the proper channels while being compliant and striking with a balanced appealing brand. This ceo was easliy one of the most polished profectional speakers.
Im thinking a buyout for sure here .. No doubt this company has paved the road ..
