RE:Recruitment and Turnover

RE:Recruitment and TurnoverI believe it was Obama’s inaugural speech when he said “I will always listen to you...especially when I disagree with you.” You have your choice whether you want to listen or not, but listening and considering another persons thoughts, no matter how inarticulate, show strength of character and resolve. I would never for one minute feel threatened that a single blogger could affect the stock price of a solid company. If my thoughts upsets anyone, then it’s your lack of confidence in your personal  choice that brings your fear, not my words.

Do I care about other people. Yes. I sincerely hope this will be a great place to work and everyone will retire wealthy. If the company is solid then the price will continue to increase over the long term and you can comfortably turn your back to contrary words and return once your investment doubles or triples and show me how wrong I was. Wouldn’t that be the best possible outcome? No matter what price you pay the stock steadly increases so no one is left overpaying. If you can’t dismiss the chatter then are you investing or wishing?
