RE:Old Deal vs New Deal (N is getting 42 million less)Don't think N lost any thing, if any, N will cash in additional 10 million dollars if all new warrants are to be excerised at 3.15. It is the existing shareholders like you and me are on the losing end as the new deal means more dilution.
