RE:RE:Confused.Don't be confused, There are two components here.  #1, IAN is buying MPX.  You are getting paid for your MPX with .1673 shares of IAN for each MPX share.  Based on the prices before the deal was announced, it's roughly a 30% premium for your MPX.     In addition, they are also spinning off their non-US business into MPXI, and issuing those shares to all MPX holders, for free.

So, you are getting paid in IAN shares, and you are getting MPXI shares.  No need to be angry
