RE:RE:RE:RE:Recruitment and Turnover

RE:RE:RE:RE:Recruitment and TurnoverHi, Barley1. From what I know of you over many years now, from the days of Spur Ventures, it's no surprise to me that you are an honorable person willing to retract his statements when in the wrong. That's what makes for a good discussion on a stock message board, unlike most American stock message boards I have seen.

Personally, I too think ProtectTheQuan may not have it right on most of the points he/she is making, although I am always willing to change my mind. Let me address each major point:
  • I think that there is a normal turnover rate of employees and that given the difficulty of finding good jobs in Nova Scotia, there should be no problem finding staff.
  • I also think that, unless the two properties under discussion are on indigenous land, the Nova Scotia government would be predisposed to approving mining rights, all due to the poor economy in Nova Scotia and the need to create tax revenues and employment.
  • On the issue of mining the low hanging fruit first at a lower AISC than will eventually be achieved, he/she may be correct, so I'll wait to develop an opinion on that.
I await ProtectTheQuan's customarily well-written -- and, in fact, rather eloquent -- response if he/she wishes to pursue the discussion further.
