RE:RE:"Is there a hostile take-over by ACB brewing?"They did not sell 18% of their holdings. It was a fraction of their total position.

They are selling because they need cash. If they were to attempt to manipulate the price they would be sued/fined. If they issue a takeover bid in a few weeks from now they would be fine. If they are planning a takeover, it would be after November 2nd at the earliest.
