With the drop in Acb price and the upcoming NYSE listing on Tuesday this was the time for me to make this move. I will be following Ogi closely because I know this company has great potential and when things start to move like they should then i will look at getting back in. I appreciate the insight i have received from most of you and i wish all the best of luck. Mike.

I completely understand you Mike..and it pains me to admit it..but I have done the same thing..not that I am totally commited to ACB like you seem to be..but my reasons may be altogether different than yours..First off, my average is under $3. I have weathered the storm through many highs and lows since I bought into OGI and there would be those that would wonder why I am doing what I have done now. First off I managed through thick and thin to buy the dips whenever an opportunity presented itself (and it was much much easier to predict things is the $3-4 range..I actually sold the last of my holdings on Thurs with my last 10,000 being sold between 7.58 and 7.60..and I am not posting this to provoke or draw a reaction..I don't need that, nor do I want it..and it's not about haha in your face..I was able over time to be able to accumulate 100k shares. I am retired..I put my faith in OGI because I believed in the company..and Ibelieved in their story..there were things over time that I was not happy with, but that had more to do with transparency of the company, and I make no apologies for being vocal about that. I still believe in this company and know full well that it is going to increase in share price..one would have to be an idiot not to be able to see that..but for the time being..and I will never say never, I too am going to step aside and be happy with the $400k + I have made. I invested more money in OGI than I probably ever should have, but in retrospect it has made me pretty darn comfortable...so who knows..I could be back in on Monday..but I am going to sit on the sidelines, observe, and probably no doubt buy back in at some point..but  not to the same degree ..OGI is a world class company that undoubtedly hasn't even been explored yet..and I would be lying if I didn't say that the last couple of days has made me rethink things..I would suggest everyone think about their own position and expectations for investing in OGI..the future looks rosey..The share price will increase and they are going to be a force in the sector..and....most likely I will be back in to reap some of it..For the newbies, and the longs...good luck..this is a very very good company, and please don't be influenced by what I say..you stand to make a lot of money, but be careful..this sector is manipulated big time..I wish everyone well..I have always tried to post insightful and positive and truthful, and as I depart I hope I have been able to help some, yet, not offend others..so for now, adios..and good luck to all

Like I said scruff..I am out for now..what I am doing is locking in some profit that I would never ever dreamed of being able to make in my lifetime..I didn't make the decision lightly and rest assured..I will follow this stock relentlessly and could jump back in, in a minute..It is just at my age, I probably gambled with my future retirement dollars far more than I should ever..I took a chance..and it paid off..I am not going to look a gift horse in the mouth..I worked for many many many years to make the money I made in the last couple of years..200k a year return isn't too shabby I would say..like I said my friend..I will never say never..but if and when..and that is more likely than not..I will not ever have the same amount of money nor shares tied up..the sector has potential..big potential..but the volatility is more than I wanted to contend with, given the amount of money I had tied up..just felt it was time to take a step back..reflect on how fortunate I have been..and then go from there..Please please please investors..this is a decision I made that fits my lifestyle..don't be influenced by what I have done..OGI is rock solid and there potentially is some big bucks to be made, and I believe there will be..I have done well..and I wish the same to everyone else....maybe see you soon..who knows...glta
