Graphite One Inc. is a Canada-based company, which is focused on developing its Graphite One Project. The Graphite One Project is envisioned as a vertically integrated enterprise to mine, process, and manufacture anode materials for the electric vehicle lithium-ion battery market. The Company’s Graphite Creek Property is situated on the Seward Peninsula about 60 kilometers north of Nome, Alaska. The Graphite Creek Property consists of 135 State of Alaska mining claims (State Claims) and 41 state selected claims (SS Claims). Graphite One (Alaska) Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, holds the property and is developing the Project in Alaska.

RE:Will Taiga and the board do anythingYes that's one of the reasons i stayed invested in this company was that Taiga had a large stake and is a board member, so I assumed that they had confidence in this company so it must be legit. Most of the funding that GPH has been doing also comes from Taiga, in the millions. So they are pretty invested in GPH. 

I think GPH has potential, don't get me wrong. But they need new management and also it may take a few years for things to heat up. The slow pace of this company boggles my mind. But when you look at it, whats the rush? Anthony is getting paid 500 grand a year so long as this company still exists. He'll milk it for as long as he can.
