I just checked CEO.ca a few minutes ago and about to post some additional info. Thank you  for your confirmation.

There is quite a bit of discussion on this picture in CEO.ca, and the unflattened bubble (in the lasso) was estimated to be ~ 1 inch = 2.54cm. If we give that nugget a size of 3 x 3 x 1 inch thick, or 7.62 cm x 7.62 cm x 2.54 cm = 147 cm3 (x 19.3/31 = 91 oz (x 1700 = C$150,000).

That is a 2.8kg Au nugget/specimen, almost pure, i.e. not embedded  in quartz.
