We are past the "pot pump" now and when smat money begins to invest in this space, they will be looking for growth, not huge "inconsistent" revenues on the income statement. XLY will need to prove constant growth on their financials and this seems like it will be volatile.
I'm not saying XLY isn't a winner, but we could all be waiting longer than we expect to when it comes to a jump in this stock.
$3 a warrant seems a little high, but I like your optimism.
The market has already chosen to not reward this company with a high valuation. Even with revenues coming in, and the company shorting their own stock (whether it was strategic or not) it could be possible that this stock may continue to experience this same sentiment. Any form of stock manipulation can have a very long lasting affect on any stock price, as to say that no body will forget that they did this.
