As things like this evolve and RT is up and running, must be a matter of time that governments and shipping companies will need XCT's services.

Also, very key article in today's WSJ about countries not focusing on what is going on in the Seas/Oceans of the world. 

Mgmt has their work cut out for them, but have to imagine that they are one or two key orders away from the floodgates opening for their services.
