IMHO, the license would not warrant this halt and especiallynot this long of one. I know we're doing circles trying to figure this out and none of us really know anything till it happens but its still fun to speculate.
I could be wrong but wouldnt the license just be a given? We all expect them to get it so I dont know, I think we will have something more, maybe in combination with license.
