It appears your main concern is that exploration, environmental and engineering expenditures have been wasted and more recently the rise in the Au resource is not what you expected it should be. If you have evidence of corporate malfeasance, I am certain any Director would seriously consider what you submit and take appropriate action. If you can not wait until the new Feasibility study is complete, you can realize your tax loss and move on to another investment.
