impact of naked shorting on technicals

impact of naked shorting on technicalsHas there ever been any commentary about this?  I don't think naked shorting is natural, but it occurs.  Anybody know how it distorts technicals?  I am guessing it distorts a stocks fundamentals.  Because with naked shorting you can sell more shares than the float.  When you can't read a stock for its fundamentals technically, the future is anybody's guess.  I am just a small retailer, you can message me if you have insight.  I guess I am still believer that this forum has some degree of knowledge sharing.
