I am admittedly nervous.  They have stated their guidance numbers time and time again all year, so if Q3 doesn't clarify the path it could very well be a nightmare.

On the other hand, this current price trend could just be a reflection of the broader market.  

However, I also consider that any economic downtrend might affect the volume of business in the fourth quarter.  Even though the vast majority is paid by insurers it wouldn't surprise me if the case count and/or margins get affected in a downward economy.

At any rate, I still feel like $0.80 US/share is a joke, but the market doesn't seem to mind.
