"Running out of money" makes no sense

It's no secret that I'm no fan of the management but If they are running out of money then how or WHY would they commit to paying CannaKids what amounts to $100,000 US a month for 15 months? Where is that money coming from? Is that just more BS?? Who knows at this point.
