RE:RE:RE:EAT's should watch this - branding USOnly some of the chickens are going to make it home to roost. A very high percentage are getting their feathers blown off and will freeze to death.
Legalization in Canada has taken the glow off the sky high (irrational exuberance) pricing and now basic business fundamentals are going to be the norm. Profits and losses will bring pleasure and pain to investors.
I have mentioned before that the attrition rate for marijuana companies is going to be huge. I'm guessing 95% are going to fail and large lps that execute well will be the survivors.
Because you asked, I have mentioned V.NU in the past but US lawyers are stirring the pot in regards to coat-tailing on others licenses. I think Tinley is allright in that respect in regards to licensing and proprietary patents and they seem to be leading the pack in beverages, even before Constellation/Canopy, with thc infused products on shelves, but I don't know what Constellation is cookin' up in the kitchen.
I like C.BLO/BLOZF which is working on a thc breathalyzer that will supercede anything out there if they can get it working as advertised because it works on breath, not blood, urine, saliva, hair or other invasive and time wasting and expensive lab tests and is based on recent use as in the last few hours as opposed to last months comsumption. It seems to move with the marijuana indexed stocks despite the fact that it is tech that was generated from weed use, but has no direct relationship to touching weed, so safe from US FED persecution and prosecution, that is to say, safe, for US investors to catch a piece of the greenrush.
There are lots of stocks looking @ the US marketplace and when US laws catch up to the will of the people, it will make Canada's greenrush look like a bumpkin, other than Canopy Growth, who are moving towards world dominance for all things marijuana.
I don't know if EAT can pull itself out of this tailspin before it crashes for good. It is a rough ride. Investors aren't buying anymore bs fluff from this company and we were so close. glta and dyodd
