mike i agree except one little problem .

The new CEO got over 1,000,000 options , this is the real ringer for me !!! The way i read things he has been here from sometime in August , so my guess he knew then that this was a go . He would look like a stupid fool if he did not deliever ...

My guess the second finishing refinery is the big hold up and this does not bother me . My guess they are playing the waiting game on that project as other companies will need the same and only a idiot would design just for ECS
