RE:RE:RE:What can all agree and have realizedWell here you go:
We have 166M shares outstanding currently at a $9M Mcap. - .06 SP
1. 20 cents is a $33M CDN Mcap / $25M USD
2. 25 cents is a $41M CDN macp / $31M USD
If our first cash payment deal turns up a $5M payment - consider the money left on the table a marketing expense, we'll make it up later:
A. That $5M. is still 60% of our current mcap, 15% of secnario 1. and 12% of scenario 2. above. You & I see companies trade hundreds of millions mcap on zero to $1M revenues.
B. This would be our first MAJOR Milestone - start the deal flow engines.
C. We have at least 3 more REAL opportunities in the immediate pipeline that could follow within 6-9 months of Heidelberg.
D. Our first deal, we disount to $5M to get this done. Now we are someone, proven and subsequent deals will increase significantly as they do in all early stage companies.
E. How many more doors will open based off the first deal announment and articles from media then second .... third ... My guess is dozens to hundreds and to a point where APC can become selective of their deals. Only choosing likely winners.
F. A realy pharma could easily buy out a company like this for $40M cdn and not even report it to SEC. Will that happen, better not! If we can land 10 real deals and bring revenues to $100M+ in 18-24 months - $100M * 6 to 8 Multiple is $3.60 to $5.00 per share. That takes a $5,500 investment at these levels to $360,000 to $500,000. Now everyone is paying attention. Makes a $5K to $10K investment seem like a smart risk / reward. Maybe don't your house :)
G. APC is banking on .10 warrants being exercised to cash up the treasury. Risky move but the Board must be confident the next leg of news will convert these warrants. That is why they put a end of November expiry extension. This is your biggest clue of wher the price should be to convert .10 warrants. Nobody wants to convert a .10 warrant when you are only trading at .12 too risky it might sink below the break even.
Should be a fun 60 days coming.....
