How does Therapix get us onto Nasdaq? Is there anyone on
here who knows how this will work? I've asked a few times, I'm really interested to hear how this will play out. Our stock price won't be $5 in the time frame that we are hoping to be on the exchange, that's just reality. We would have to have a cap higher then Aphria, to be at 5 bucks, were just not there yet. So when you buy a company already trading on Nasdaq, are we going to become them, is that a possibility? FSD becomes Therapix, maybe they flip the deal around in order to leap frog onto Nasdaq? Or are we doing something with shares to get our price up $4 plus. Wondering if anyone knows the rules with Canadian comp buying American/Israel, Nasdaq trading company. I'm not impressed by a $5 Nasdaq stock, call me crazy, but the only thing that matters is A) it's on Nasdaq and B) it's market cap and it's market cap is small relative to some others in the sector so people thinking that's a high share price are not looking at the numbers right. We may have gotten a deal though, comparatively speaking to the other similar companies. Anyways just wondering the ins on how we can utilize their listing for our benefit.
