RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Trading haltObviously Novaley you are not a long term holder of this stock. Like TP we have been in this stock for almost 9 years. There will be no takeover, they are going alone. Two years ago, at the AGM they were very close to a Agrium Takeover, but then the merger with Potash happened. The new company Nutrien is now moving away from the Phosphate Business having closed part of their Redwater Plant, with plans to further reduce their Phosphate holdings,
This miine is also not in Mosaics crosshairs, they have to much to deal with in Florida. So who else is there??
you are correct, the company needs to get the attention of the investment community. The Canadian Market has been a horrible place for miners for the past 3-5 years. Phosphate is not like gold, it is boring and it will be very difficult to get market attention in the short and long term.
They are going alone. That is why Ostroff is trying to push a Phosphuric Acid plant to source supply and develop an intregrated approach. they have signed a deal recently for 30% of their production with an offtake. Believe it is for this plant. i am also hearing they are actively working towards signing offtakes for the remaining production. Believe they will have something put together in the new year.
once Financing is completed, construction is near 2-2.5 years, with full production after three years.
Not sure i will be in this that long!!
