I have been at this for almost 15 years now....yes, I agree, there seems to be no patern to news vs. price on some stocks. Even after all these years I have yet to figure out what exactly goes on. I as ussually suspect the market makers (big instititutions) doing their cross trades etc.

I have watched some stocks do nothing on what I thought was good (or bad) news, other times, they jump, only because anaysts expectations were beat, but the actual performance was to me mediocre, and not worth a jump at all.

Regarding NSP, all this news will add up to good things, the earnings likely won't show this quarter, but they will next quater. By then, I expect to see the 0.60's or even better.

My only advice, have your sell oders set, same goes for buy or stoploss orders. That has worked best for me.
