For instance the SP for OGI was posted by one of the big firms with a new target price of 12 bucks?
Yes, this was just before the sell off happened.  So you have to navigate the crooked market find out who is lying, who is telling the truth?  My opinion the analysts are not providing these numbers the CEO's are telling them what to put out.

Otherwise anyone care to explain why a major institution would issue a target price of 12 bucks just before sell off happens?

Proof, case closed, corrupt market.

Oh and last year they said Alibaba and Tencent would be a great buy, noooooooooooooooooo.
